PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Our in house technical team and formulation chemists, with their expertise and knowledge, can create a bespoke product for your brand from scratch.

 

We will arrange an initial call with you to discuss your brief and collate all your information together regarding the desired formulation, ingredients, marketing points, packaging and more. Once we receive your brief, depending on stock in the warehouse, we can potentially amend one of our existing formulations or create something from scratch for your brand.

 

Timescales for development projects can vary. However we would recommend to factor in up to a year to perfect your product. The ideal initial order size for a development project is 5000 units per product.

A draft will be created for you. Once this is approved, samples will be submitted for your approval.

 

Adjustments can be made to your initial sample to adjust the efficacy, consistency and fragrance of the formulation.

Product Testing

Additional testing may be available upon request

 

As standard all products will have the relevant testing carried out ; Stability, Compatibility, Preservative efficacy testing (PET), & Cosmetic product safety report (CPSR).

Manufacturing

Once the product has passed the testing stage we will proceed to order in raw materials (lead times may vary).

 

When all components are on site the product will then be produced at our GMP-certified site in our mixing vessels prior to moving on to the filling and labelling lines.

 

Throughout every step of the process your dedicated account manager will keep you up to date to ensure the project is running smoothly.
